Hotel Cabanas Los Pinos is one of the nicest hotels Monteverde has to offer. We are centrally located on the main road linking the Santa Elena commercial district with the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. The Cabins vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. Each cabin is located at least 100 feet away from one another, so you are assured of complete privacy. All Cabins except #7 offer full kitchens. Every other one is totally equipped with refrigerator, micro-wave oven, gas cook top, coffee maker and plates and utensils. Depending on the cabin you will have separate bedrooms with private bath and hot water showers. Each cabin has it's own hot water tank. If you do not want to cook, there are restaurants very close (400 meters) serving Costa Rican and international cuisine. If you have a private rental vehicle you can park securely right in front of your cabin.

Los Pinos is an excellent option for families, larger groups or couples traveling together. As an example, two couples traveling together can opt for cabins #4,5,6 or #8 and with three bedrooms, if someone misbehaves or snores loudly you can kick him out, not to the sofa but to his own bedroom! If you need two rooms in another hotel Los Pinos can be a more economical option. Or this is a perfect option with cabins #1 or #2 for a quiet, cozy, romantic getaway for two. Los Pinos offers something for everyone!

Los Pinos also offers acres of wonderful landscaping featuring many varieties of tropical plants. It is well maintained and run by the Arguedas family who lives on-site and assures excellent maintenance and personal attention.
