Private Transportation
We can provide you with either collective shuttle or private transportation from most anywhere to most anywhere in Costa Rica. We only work with approved and INSURED transportation providers. Prices vary depending on type of transport and number of people. For a quote or for advice on how to arrange your trip to minimize transport fees, simply send us a mail with the areas you plan on visiting and number of people. Compare our prices and we are sure you will see that they are very competitive. But our service is where we really stand out. Private Transport Rates are for up to 6 people with luggage. Extra person pays US$10. If your group is 3 or more people why use the shuttle? You will be able to contract private transport for just your group and get all the extras like selecting your own pickup time and stopping along the way when you want and pay the same or usually less than a shuttle.
Rates subject to change based on price of fuel and will be higher starting December 2009. Normally no extra charge for surfboards! Also our drivers will stop so you can eat, bathroom breaks, sightseeing or souvenir shopping at no additional charge!
Transportation prices are to or from Monteverde and are for Private Transport (you choose the pick-up time, Hotel to Hotel). Send us a mail for Shuttle Quote! See Arenal and San Jose prices below. Simply let us know the date, the hour for pickup, number of people and name of hotel and location and name of end hotel and location. We will send you a confirmed voucher by email with all the information. No need to pay in advance or reserve with credit card. Simply pay the driver in cash the day of the trip.
